I run my Access application and I get the same error, "There is not object in this control." The solution proposed is to download the update to the Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files and install. In the Access discussion groups, I found a description of an issue with controls in the Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files. Security Update 960715 disables controls in the Visual Basic 6.0 Runtime Extended Files.
